These terms form an agreement between you and AIfollowUp.net. By visiting this site, creating an account, or using AIfollowUp.net, you agree to these terms. If you use AIfollowUp.net for a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract. AIfollowUp.net is a business tool and is not intended for personal, family, or household use.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Account owners control the users, salespeople, permissions, phone numbers, forms, and workflows connected to their portal. Access may be suspended or removed when necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or address misuse.
You may not share an account in a way that defeats user-level permissions, access controls, or billing requirements. We may require additional verification before restoring access to an account.
3. What AIfollowUp.net does
AIfollowUp.net helps businesses capture leads, manage contact records, automate and support follow-up through calls, SMS and email, flag salespeople, and track meetings through a calendar. Features may include an embeddable lead form, inbound and outbound calling, messaging, conversation history, reminders, meeting status, and analytics.
We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but we do not guarantee that a particular feature, integration, provider, or workflow will remain available indefinitely.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the leads, lists, forms, offers, scripts, messages, recordings, and other content you put into AIfollowUp.net. You must have a lawful basis to contact each lead, and you must honor consent choices, opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, and applicable calling windows.
- Use only lead sources and contact lists that you are permitted to contact.
- Review your consent language, disclosures, and call-to-action wording before publishing a form.
- Keep your properties, offers, prices, and appointment details accurate.
- Provide appropriate human oversight of salespeople, automated flows, and AI agents.
- Do not use AIfollowUp.net to mislead, harass, discriminate, or contact people unlawfully.
You are also responsible for the security of any exported data, spreadsheets, recordings, or reports that leave the platform.
5. Calls, texts, email, and consent
Telephone, SMS, and email communications are regulated in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for obtaining the consent and permissions required for your calls and messages, maintaining accurate records, and complying with applicable telemarketing, privacy, caller identification, recording, and do-not-call rules.
AIfollowUp.net provides tools for sending and receiving communications; it does not determine whether a particular call, message, list, or campaign is lawful. You should obtain legal advice for your calling program and review your obligations under laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, applicable state laws, Canadian telemarketing rules, and other regulations that apply to you.
Recipients can opt out of SMS by replying STOP or using another clear opt-out method. You must not restart automated outreach to an opted-out person unless you have a lawful basis to do so. You must also disclose the identity of the sender and any other information required by applicable rules.
6. AI-assisted conversations
AI voice agents, generated messages, summaries, transcripts, and suggested next steps can make mistakes. They may misunderstand speech, omit context, produce an inaccurate summary, or respond in a way that does not fit the situation. You are responsible for configuring, supervising, and reviewing AI-assisted activity before relying on it.
If you use automated or AI-assisted calling or messaging, you must identify the automated nature of the communication when required, obtain appropriate consent, provide a clear route to a person where applicable, and comply with all calling, recording, disclosure, and opt-out requirements that apply to your program.
7. Fees, message units, and billing
AIfollowUp.net may charge a recurring portal fee and prepaid usage-based message units. Current pricing, unit rates, package options, renewal terms, expiration rules, and included features are shown in the portal or at checkout. You authorize the charges shown when you complete a purchase.
The portal fee and message units are separate. Units may be consumed by calls, SMS, email, ringless voicemail, or other usage described in the portal. Connected calls may be subject to a maximum duration. Taxes, carrier charges, and payment-provider charges may apply where required.
Keep your billing information current. We may suspend paid features if a payment is declined, reversed, or overdue. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms displayed at purchase and by any rights you have under applicable law. If you cancel a recurring fee, cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period unless the portal states otherwise.
We may change pricing, packaging, or included features with notice where required. Continuing to use a paid feature after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price for the next billing period.
8. Acceptable use
You may use AIfollowUp.net only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to:
- Send calls, texts, or email without the permissions required by law.
- Contact a person after they have asked to stop, except as permitted for required service or legal communications.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, mislead, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent the identity of the caller, sender, business, or AI agent.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform.
- Scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or compete with AIfollowUp.net using its code or non-public data.
- Use the platform in a way that creates legal, security, deliverability, or abuse risk.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or limit access while we do. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests to resolve a complaint, opt-out issue, or deliverability problem.
9. Data, intellectual property, and feedback
You retain ownership of the account information, lead data, contact lists, messages, and other content you provide to AIfollowUp.net, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content for those purposes and as described in our Privacy Policy.
AIfollowUp.net and its licensors retain ownership of the website, software, workflows, design, documentation, trademarks, and other platform materials. These terms do not grant you a right to use our branding except as necessary to identify your use of AIfollowUp.net.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use and develop that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not send us ideas you need to keep confidential unless we agree in writing first.
10. Third-party services and availability
AIfollowUp.net may connect with third-party services such as calendar providers, telephony or messaging carriers, email delivery platforms, payment processors, AI providers, and data storage providers. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms, policies, availability, and fees.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, downtime, errors, or practices. A link or integration does not imply endorsement. Review the terms and privacy practices of any third party before connecting it to your account.
We work to keep AIfollowUp.net available and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written agreement says so.
11. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIfollowUp.net is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
AIfollowUp.net does not guarantee leads, contact rates, appointments, confirmed meetings, sales, revenue, or earnings. Results depend on lead quality, your offer, market conditions, message content, team execution, and other factors outside our control. AI-assisted output and third-party data may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIfollowUp.net will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from or relating to AIfollowUp.net will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AIfollowUp.net in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIfollowUp.net and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your lead data, calling or messaging program, content, violation of law, or breach of these terms. We will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim and may participate in its defense.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AIfollowUp.net at any time. Account owners may request closure through the portal or by contacting us. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required for legal, billing, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a legal or security risk, use the platform for abuse, or require us to do so by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure a curable issue.
If access ends, your right to use AIfollowUp.net stops. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing-law provisions—will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally. If an informal resolution is not reached, the dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to that venue, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be waived. If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or listed on a U.S. government prohibited-party list, and you agree to comply with applicable export controls and sanctions.
14. Changes, general terms, and contact
We may update these terms as AIfollowUp.net changes. When we make a material update, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and will post the new effective date on this page. If you continue using AIfollowUp.net after the updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AIfollowUp.net regarding the public website and platform, except for any separate written agreement you sign with us.
